Starting clear aligner treatment feels easier when you know what happens next. At 3D Aligner Smile Club in Lahore, the initial journey has four stages: free assessment, digital scanning, a 3D treatment plan and wearing your aligners.

1. Free assessment: online or at-clinic

Tell the team what you would like to improve and ask about suitability. An online assessment can begin the conversation; a clinic visit allows an in-person discussion. Further clinical examination may be required before treatment decisions are made.

At this stage, you receive an estimated treatment cost and estimated aligner count. The treatment range is PKR 90,000–150,000, with your exact figures confirmed after the 3D plan is ready.

2. Digital scanning

Digital scanning records the surfaces of your teeth for the planning workflow. The clinician assesses your teeth and bite and explains whether other records or checks are needed. A scan supports planning; it does not replace a clinical assessment.

This appointment is a useful time to ask about any existing dental concerns and how they may affect the proposed treatment.

3. Your 3D treatment plan

Your records are used to prepare a proposed sequence of tooth movements. The team explains the plan and confirms the exact treatment cost and number of aligners. A digital preview illustrates the proposed changes; it is not a guarantee of the final result.

Ask which changes are expected, what appointments are needed and whether any additional procedures are proposed. Make sure you understand the plan before agreeing to proceed.

4. Start wearing aligners

Premium aligners are manufactured for the approved plan. At fitting, the team explains how to insert and remove them, how to care for them and when to change to the next set. Follow the wear and change schedule prescribed for you rather than choosing your own timing.

Reviews and retention continue the journey

Attend your scheduled reviews and contact the clinic if an aligner does not fit as expected. After active treatment, a retainer plan helps maintain the tooth positions achieved. Your clinician will explain the appropriate routine.
